Western media makes Russians seem like blood sucking vampires and has not done this kind of interview with Russian officials in a while. Lavrov seems tame compared to some of the vicious American politicians. I wonder if its just a facade or if this is how Russian officials are. If you compared American elections and Russian elections, the difference is huge. American politicians attack each other viciously. Russian politicians never attack each other.

Even so Trump's team picks have been outright calling Putin a "thug" and threatening to increase aid to Ukraine if Russia doesn't obey. In comparison Lavrov seems like someone actually trying to avoid the war and taking a more diplomatic approach.

Tucker imo is not sympathetic to Russia but is the only true America first voice in American politics today. He takes the threat of Russian nukes seriously and realizes American media is losing credibility by silencing Russian voices so he's doing his part.
