The logical explanation for this is ! . Iran doesn't commit its own troops to these areas. Russia commits mostly PMCS, and Wagner is gone. Hezbollah needs men to defend its organisation in Lebanon . The Assad regime, a minority tribe within Syria to begin with, is now on its own, so this was the perfect time for the opposition coalition to put in maximum effort.
Assad is an ally and friend of IRGC/Iran same with hezbollah. Hezbollah is in danger of being cut off (direct access) from Iran. Also hezbollah is not in any danger from Israeli invasion unless provoked only thing Israel can do is airstrikes and in some way get getting them out of Lebanon and using them to defend Assad is better since they don't have to worry about death from the air.
