There is no such arrangements with the Syrian Rebels and their Turkish and other Muslim backers. Yes, Israel is destroying the whole Syria defense system and Turkey is silently watching and allies. A good gesture from the outgoing Syrian military chief said to protect the military assets but now all groups have started stealing whatever they can, the air defense system facing daily bombing from Israel and all technicians already left the country.
Now its a cakewalk for Israel.

Where is Syria on the map?
