In my simple naive opinion, the arrow has left the bow. If they don’t fan the flames the flames will still grow. This is not just Pakistan and Iran anymore.

Too many variables on military, political and strategic front.

Military- we have seen capabilities of both forces.
If PAF can do such a strike inside Iran, imagine what USAF, USN or Israeli AF can do inside Iran having 100 times more capabilities than PAF.

Political - How Indian aligns with Iran and how USA or KSA (and UAE) might support Pakistan. USA has condemned the attack by Iran on Pakistan already where as China the neutral gambler wants to mediate between Iran and Pakistan as the conflict lies in its own region. Why doesnt China go all out against Iran in favour of Pakistan ?

Strategic - BLF/BLA may get full-on support from Iranian and Indian channels since the armed conflict has been tit-4-tat, so the edge lies in insurgency to send the message to Pakistan.

The Arabs might very well sit this out for the most part for now.

The Indians have spent a lot of diplomatic capital now to get Iran fully aligned against Pakistan.

I remember a few years ago it was either Swamy or another hawk proposing a joint movement to let Iran take the Balochistan it needs - Afghanistan can take KP, India takes it what it needs and then a short belt is left as Pakistan. Mirroring those old US think tank maps except in this case its a wolfpack attack between Pakistan's neighbors.

A spokesperson for the CAA, as reported by ARY News on Thursday, stated that they have not received any instruction regarding a ban on commercial flights between Iran and Pakistan.

While no official decision on airspace closure has been made, the CAA sources noted that strict monitoring of flights from the western direction, including Iran, has been initiated. The CAA is implementing heightened vigilance for incoming flights from the western borders.

CAA asks all Pakistani Airlines to avoid Iranian Air space till further notice.

After the shooting down of a civilian B7377-800 with 176 people onboard, back in Jan 2020, no airline worth its salt, should have been allowed to use their airspace anyways.

Tested new air doctrine, combo of drones, fighters with C4ISR and encrypted links tied to Central command center where live feeds were coming in.

What i am hearing from my resources, that 3 Erieyes were in the air.

One with northern command, one in southern command, one in western command deep in western Baluchistan. Northern Erieye provided ground connection to assets like AIr HQ and Central HQ for live comm and visuals. the Southern command shared Assets that were flying out to the target area had a dedicated Erieye and had link to Southern Air command Base and meshed with Northern Erieye.
Both Southern and Northern Erieye had meshed connection to the western erieye, directing and providing cover... The Western one had connection with Ground assets of Army and Drones for coordinated attack with air force on targets.
All assets had live feed, connection, comm, target acquisition, and cues broadcasted to the regional and HQ commands.
Videos of target acquistion, destruction and damage assets were captured in real time. mission was 100% success, not a single target missed.
