American man reveals Indian CEO took over a firm, booted out founders, hired Indians. Post goes viral amid H1B visa debate

Honestly, it’s hilarious watching some Pakistanis in the West getting all riled up over this. Time to stop crying and start competing.
Who’s getting riled up?
India losing talent to the US helping to make US great again should be an alarming trend for India.
The amount of Indians coming to the UK on illegal work permits bought through agents is astonishing. Poor people paying a fortune to come and literally live on the streets is sad to see.
Indians losing their talent to the US is a sad trend for India. Shame they can’t stay in India and make it great

The issue is in their DNA. Mass deportation is needed in the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK
But who are you to say that? Are you white American or white Canadian or white Australian or white British?

India has found a new friend nowadays. India is busy training its good friend Taliban.

If a founder has sufficient shares for majority vote, board can not do shit.
depends.....if by substantial mean 51% then yes

Otherwise majority can still be challenge if the board group together in control.

As H-1B debate heats up, Americans say US doesn't need more foreign workers

There's more to the missing story. Often, founders have different classes of shares in the company they created, giving them relatively more power than the common class shares in a corporation structure.
Well, it really depends......some founder grew dissolution with their own company and sold their share and rather taking a back seat or even completely out of the company he/she created

Take Apple for example, founders Woz (Steve Wozniak) and especially Ron Wayne, who sold his share of Apple back to Job and Woz for $800......And Woz himself distant from Apple believing Apple is hindering his own business potential.

Most company that goes public would have the founder or founders just above the publicly available shares. But some time you can still get enough as a private venture and get over the founders, that's what hostile takeover usually do.

It is getting from bad to worse. It looks like Trump will be forced to entirely remove the H1-B visa. MAGA isn't giving up.

Trump got into power as the Democrats were allowing anyone and everyone into the country.

Whites have just about had enough with their living standards being decimated and one of the main reasons is unrestricted immigration of mainly Indians on "study" and "work" visas.

Trump is well aware that there could be civil war coming in the future if the whites feel they have nothing else left to lose.

Anyway I fail to see the real "geniuses" coming in from India unlike countries like China/Taiwan. We have Jensen Huang/Lisa Su that built or develop great companies like Nvidia and AMD. Whereas the Indians just seem like good managers as in Google(Sundar Pinchai) and Microsoft(Satya Nadella).

Indians slot into the existing ecosystem, rather than creating or developing great tech companies.

Steve Bannon Just Took His War With Elon Musk to a Ridiculous Level

Steve Bannon thinks that Americans deserve reparations for having to coexist with immigrants on H-1B visas.

“We haven’t fought these battles over years and years and years to allow American citizens of every race, ethnicity, religion, be gutted by the sociopathic overlords in Silicon Valley,” Bannon opined on his War Room show Monday morning. “David Sacks, Vivek Ramaswamy, and Elon Musk … there’s no reform. We want it gone.… We want reparations for the tech workers that you stole their lives.”

MAGA supporters are dead serious. They want the H1-B scam gone in its entirety. Nothing less will do it. We have concluded that Indians are riding the wave with the help of Zionists. Nothing more nothing less. However, even the Zionists can't do much about this one as they don't control the MAGA supporters.

I'm thrilled India is 'losing talent' to the US because that so-called loss has empowered millions back home in India’s thriving tech ecosystem. Meanwhile, it's commendable that Pakistan keeps all its talent in-house. With such a strategy, I'm sure world-class advancements—perhaps even software for next-gen vests—are just around the corner!

He can't remove the entire class of visa.....

He tried with DV Visa before, and found out he need 2/3 of congress approval...

He then tried with the special EB-5 category (Not removing it but removing the rural special consideration) and that too hit a brick wall.

He can direct whoever in charge of CIS (Homeland Security) to slower the process, but he can't take it out of the equation.
