Driver plows into Bourbon Street crowd, killing 10 in New Orleans​

At least 10 people were killed and more than 30 injured in New Orleans after a man "hell-bent on creating carnage" drove a pickup truck into a large crowd of people celebrating the new year in the famed Bourbon Street area, authorities said.

They guy wears a military style trouser, have heavy semi auto rifle in hand and drives a US manufactured white pickup. Looks like a average gun wielding american to me.

Well if he was a Chinese National and traveled here illegally with the specific intent to do crimes then questions should be asked...don't you think?

The problem is you absolutely don't find such a scenario to be unusual...which is mind boggling.

If somebody from the US snuck into China illegally just to commit crimes you'd be demanding them to be executed as an obvious CIA sponsored troublemaker.
