Problem is not skin color

Problem is No one want to work for Indian manager (due to workaholic attitude) so Indian manger hires 200 Indians to compensate (who live life working 12 hours) , and this creates a unbalanced pool of work without any diversity

There was a time when jobs used to indicate who the manager is now they hide this info so candidates would apply for job

• Guess it is not cool to list this info , because people will not even apply for that role

There is no diversity when 95% jobs are held by Indians and bigger hiring done overseas while locals are paying big University Degree bills

Education cost is may be 5,000 USD in India , same degree cost 80,000 USD in USA

It's all about good work life balance , and job security

H1B was never meant to mass immigrate massive foreign population into USA

• Most Indians misunderstand , H1B as a free ticket to change their work condition
• If they were smart they would change their own work-life balance in their own country

People complaining are the ones who now see American businesses closing

The big investment firms , selecting CEO don't care they have share and they can pick any person to be head of company and CFO to talk about finances
