The Kalashnikov Concern team was awarded the high award of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation of Russia "Golden Idea" for the development of the 7.62x54 mm Chukavin sniper rifle.

Rosoboronexport began promoting this sniper rifle on the foreign market in 2022. Since then, it has been one of the central samples at the company's stands around the world. The closest demonstration of the Chukavin sniper rifle will take place in Hanoi from December 19 to 22 at the Vietnam Defence Expo 2024.

Kalashnikov's small arms continued to captivate visitors. Standout exhibits included the 9mm PPK-20 submachine gun, the 7.62mm Chukavin sniper rifle (SVCh), and the assault rifles: the 7.62mm AK-15, the 5.56mm AK-19 in a short-barreled configuration, as well as the AK-203, AK-204, and the compact 9mm Lebedev pistol (PLK).

Many of Kalashnikov's innovations showcased their strong export potential, reaffirming the company's reputation on the global defense market.
