First let me make it clear, no in USA gives a pluck on what happens in UK for the attention to be diverted from h1b.

He did not say British Pakistani Muslims, he was commenting on the govt rejecting an request by home office to enquire grooming gangs. Pakistanis jump in screening he is targeting British Pakistani Muslims there by highlighting pakistsni origin Muslims in bad light.
