LoL, if true then this is huge. It seems to be an actual news outlet.

BD army has taken initiative to produce Ballistic missiles (or smaller guided rockets?) with the help of Pakistan (ToT?) @LeonBlack08 @AbuShalehRumi @Alter_Ego @Bengal71 @Oscar

it was a 2012-2016 era plan that got stopped in it's tracks thanks to india because back then they wanted to buy the tech from russia along with Yak 130 and other stuff... we should thank god it didn't happen because sheikh family got 1 billion dollar kickbacks from the defense deals at the time... imagine what big looting scheme this would have been

Govt is actually funding them and they finished the work on Ekushey prototype 1 year ago. Yet still they still couldn't launch it because......BD's bureaucracy is beyond dysfunctional. This is infuriating. @LeonBlack08 @AbuShalehRumi

For all the dazzle, they remain as unprofessional as the stereotypical "sorkari kerani".

Major Dalim - who led the coup against Sheikh Mujib in 1975, appears in public for the first time in almost 30 years.

Will open a thread later once details available in English.

Not sure about this law. I became PR more than 20 years back, don't know the specific rules now.

I actually doubt it unless you can show some source. Whatever opportunity is there, it's there for everyone, no special treatment for Indians.
if i can find the ad that i saw on facebook i will surely tag you

this is where i read... in fb page although i wasn;t able to find that original post

  • As mentioned above, from July 1, 2023, Indian students who graduate from a recognised university in Australia are eligible to work in the country for up to 8 years without a sponsorship visa. This will allow Indian students to build their careers with a stable foundation.
  • In addition to this, starting from July 1, 2023, international students in Australia who are studying in the country with the 2-year extended subclass 485 visa can work an 8 extra hours per fortnight after completing their graduation.
  • The above change is applicable to all international students, irrespective of their area of study. For more information, students can check the official announcement.
  • The Australian government also introduced Temporary (subclass 408) visas for Indian and international students to help manage skill shortages in critical work sectors. With the emergence of these new changes, students across Australian universities can work more than 40 hours per fortnight while studying.

@Joe Shearer dada watch this video. The moment a Bangladeshi Hindu defends his country, the Godi Media "journalist" starts questioning his religion.

According to the Sanghis you cannot be a Bangladeshi and a Hindu. You learn something new every day!

I will watch it in a few minutes, but your summary says it all. Indian media must bear at least 25% of the responsibility of the totally man-made anti-Bangladesh tirade building up.

@Nilgiri will testify that one of our WhatsApp group members, a Sardarni, has just been into Bangladesh and back on NGO work, and was quite indignant in her view of the difference between what is printed in Indian media and the reality that prevails.

Enfuriating.

I thought Majumdar spoke very well, though forcefully.

Who was that turd in the lower left box, who kept shouting at Majumdar, asking if he was a Hindu? I would so have liked a five minute conversation with him (within arms' length, if you get what I mean).

Who the hell are they to decide what a Hindu should or should not believe? politically?
