Iranian-backed Militants Attack Al-Assad Airbase, Iraq

At approximately 6:30 p.m. (Baghdad time) time Jan. 20, multiple ballistic missiles and rockets were launched by Iranian-backed militants in Western Iraq targeting al-Assad Airbase. Most of the missiles were intercepted by the base’s air defense systems while others impacted on the base. Damage assessments are ongoing. A number of U.S. personnel are undergoing evaluation for traumatic brain injuries. At least one Iraqi service member was wounded.

Iran has supplied Iraqi Resistance forces with short range Iranian ballistic missiles, it seems as though these were used for the first time to target US troops illegally in Iraq today.

CENTCOM admits some/many of the missiles penetrated the American air defences and it still doesn't know how many were fired or how many were intercepted.

coward is the one that takes cover from an attack or the one that bombs civilians and children because it can't reach the combatants ?

No that's called an ingenious guerrilla tactic, and shows a level of bravery not witnessed in a long time. Did Hamas tell Israel to bomb the civilians? No, Israel chose to do that because Israel is too cowardly to fight Hamas head on.

Democratic polling has revealed that support for Israel has hurt Sleepy Joe so the put out this nonsense to say "look, I tried, don't blame me".

Yep, it is all smoke and mirrors.

Democrats are wanting to say "we are trying to restrain the Zionist entity but they don' listen to us!".

They can stop this at any time by stopping the flow of weapons and money but choose not to do so.

brave is the one blowing up empty schools and entire residential neighbourhoods while laughing or the one surviving 100+ days of carpet bombing in rubble and tunnels to resist an invasion and still be present in areas where the invading terrorists already claimed victory?

Agreed. "American Govt. is a veritable arm of the Israeli Govt!"
That was a slight spin on something a frustrated American General had said about Pakistan's role in Afghanistan a few years ago, something like 'The Haqqani Network is a veritable arm of the Pakistani Army!"
 
As I have been saying for months, what the Gazans have as weaponry/infra, couldn't have been possible without some official or unofficial support from Egypt. And that's why the Israelis want to control the Rafah border crossing / Philadelphia Corridor so badly. And that's a major issue between Egypt and Israel.

This guy has a very interesting short video about that. I find him generally careful in his analyses.

It doesn't matter what Hamas does. Any official military, signatory to international laws, can not, must not, target civilians. The responsibility for targeting civilians lies with the person pulling the trigger.
