Iran announces visa-free policy for Indian tourists

Tourists to Iran like colonel Kulbhushan Jadhav's ' terror activities for Pakistan’
All the more reason to fortify the Iranian (and Afghan) border and increase “picket monitoring” throughout Afghanistan by all means necessary.

They aren't allowing similar ease of access to Pakistanis. Imagine, the Iranian government thinks its preferable to have loud and dirty Indians coming over than co-religionist Pakistanis.

That says volumes about what they think of Pakistanis (who seem to be oblivious to this) :ROFLMAO:

Same. They don't seem to want to give the same ease of access to Pakistanis as they do to Indians.

I think not eliminating visa por pakistani people would raise security concerns because of a factic elimination of Baluchestan frontier. I am pretty sure iranians would prefer having brothers as a tourists than others.

I agree strengthen the border with pill boxes, mines , ditches etc.., It's a waste of time even discussing it with this lot in power in Tehran . They don't even seem to acknowledge that there is a problem with Indian tourists Terrorism , let alone put forth a sensible solution. In fact they seem to be actively encouraging it absolute donkeys!

I'm glad you mentioned this.

Why then do Indonesia and Malaysia, other "brothers" give preferential access to India with visa-on-arrival and not to Pakistan? Why are they encouraging Indians to come and not Pakistanis.

PS.

I have no problem with India but it should first be for Pakistan then india..

God damn these reformist liberals..

Some Islamic countries that give Indians visa-on-arrival are Iran, Jordan, Maldives, Indonesia, Qatar, Tajikistan, Malaysia, UAE.

Now, if you’re an Indian with a valid U.S. or Schengen visa, you’re in luck. You can get visa-on-arrival in Turkey, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Tunisia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan.

But here’s the kicker — only Maldives, Qatar, UAE, Turkey, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Kuwait give visa-on-arrival to Pakistanis, even with a valid U.S. visa.

And if a Pakistani doesn’t have a U.S. visa? Well, it’s just the Maldives for you.

So, for all the shade and insults thrown at Indians here, maybe it's time to think about why so many of their "Islamic brothers" don’t make it easy for Pakistanis to visit.

If my list is incorrect, please feel free to mention

I believe your information might be incorrect here mate. If i recall correctly, Pakistanis do not get visa on arrival in UAE regardless of whether they have a US visa.

I think we all know the answer to the 'why'. Nobody wants to say it out loud.

The Indians and the Chinese are willing to buy their oil. So they will let the Indians do what they want, but up to a point, because China is a customer of their oil as well.

Pakistan for its part knows it is behold to the GCC, because the decades of not preparing to compete the way the Indians have had limited our leverage.

So we need to prepare our military defenses due to our limited economic offensive.

Is the E Visa the same as VOA to India?

These VOA is offered by the following;

The E-Visa needs to be applied for online before you depart. In most cases, it's processed quickly, often issued immediately or within a day of application. I’ve had instances where it was approved while I was on my way to the airport. For countries like Turkey, the approval is instantaneous.

The list of countries offering VOA and E-Visa grows a lot if you’re an Indian with a valid U.S., UK, or Schengen visa.

If you check the Passport Power Index, having a U.S. visa can bump up the number of countries you can visit visa-free or with a VOA by around 60 more for an Indian passport.

This is far the dumbest Tehran logic…India purchases limited Iranian oil at a discounted price. Tehran will close her eyes while Indian with Tel Aviv help set both parts of Baluchistan on fire and wreck it with violence. Iran uses Saudi Phobia as a red herring brother. I find Iran Delhi friendship for more menacing than Pakistan’s with gulf. Throw in the Afghans ! We got ourselves a a trio here.

Wealthy or upper middle class tourists are welcome in any country. No one wants the lower class tourists because they have a history of breaking the visa rules and staying in the country. Pakistan has a serious corruption issue on giving passports to Afghans. No one wants Afghans on their soil
