First off, I am shocked though not surprised that Sassoon would allege there being a "quid pro quo" in place. The charges brought against Adams by the same office only came about AFTER Adams started to push back. That was shortly after the call from Dopey Joe telling him to "be a good Democrat".

Bondi isn't screwing around. The SDNY has for the longest while been considered as untouchable. She's not playing that game.

Adams is just a pawn. The real targets are James and Bragg in that order. If they get Hochul for obstruction that will be a bonus. It's up to Kathy to see how far she wants to push it.
