Thinking about this, I do honestly the best location for Israelis to migrate to is Greeland. Iran was/is right about their solution. It is the perfect solution that blends both Trumps want for Greenland, alongside with American interests of the settlers themselves. Green is a self-contained Island. They can then control who goes in and out . ie firm border controls. They will be surrounded by countries that actually "like" them and will defend them.
Greeland is full of lots of natural resources, so they can dig up all the resources they want to fund the lifestyle they think they are 'entitled' to ? Lots of space for all the real estate deals that Jared wants to do aswell with his building projects.
Since the Israeli’s are not middle eastern people but are mostly white westerners, they will find the climate more appropriate to their blonde haired blue eyed beings like the Swedish and Danes do etc.
There is not much of a local 'native' population for them to "deal" with either, only 60k people. No one will notice them either. The Israelis can sit on top of the world and 'lord' over the dominion that they think they deserve, etc.
Sheldon from the Big Bang Theory solved this ages ago, though Greenland would work better than New Mexico.
As Sheldon suggested, they can rename Greenland to Nuevo Jerusalem, the same way Trump renamed the Gulf of “Mexico”.
Given how fond the EU is of the settlers currently occupying Palestine, i am sure they wont mind handing over Greeland for the use of Israeli settlers to build 'Nuevo Jerusalem'.
