No. Russian artillery rate of fire has decreased to the same extent as Ukraine's when the Russians had an artillery advantage during this period. Although Russian artillery rate of fire has decreased, they still have an advantage in this field than Ukraine, which is TOTALLY dependent on drones.

Even when the EU bought ammunition from other countries, they were not able to fulfill their promises to Ukraine. It is worth noting that much of their production before the war was export-oriented, but now with Ukrainian demand, they are unable to replenish their stocks, support Ukraine and export. They can barely support Ukraine, let alone rebuild their stocks and still be able to export ammunition.They will buy ammo from outside of EU from Pakistanlike USA was rumoured was doing I give up on silly Pakistanis at times. By the time EU enters in a war economy it will be too late. Russia holds the cards.

Deny it as much as you want. These are facts. If these were not facts, Kofman would have reported several criticisms to the AFU, when a chain of mistakes made by the Ukrainian leadership has been pursued since the beginning of 2023.
