1. By the end of the truce, the Egyptian security presence will be expanded automatically to spread throughout the Gaza Strip, coinciding with the withdrawal of the occupation army from the Strip.

2. Hamas abandons the rule of Gaza, and the security and government agencies are dissolved within a month of the start of the ceasefire, and Egypt takes the government administration for the sector for a year.

3. With the completion of the spread of the Egyptian security force, the Gaza Strip is transferred to the Egyptian security management for a five -year transitional period.

4. Control of the crossings is transmitted to a joint Egyptian international force.

5. During the three -month period of the start of the ceasefire, Hamas delivers the maps of the tunnels and the heavy weapons stores to the Egyptian administration, and the rest of the Hamas military body moves to the Gazan Rafah

6. During a year of the ceasefire, Egypt sponsors a dialogue between the Gaza tribes and its political movements, until the formation of a Palestinian civil administration that takes over the management of governmental sector affairs during the transition.

7. Egypt pledges to rebuild the sector and resettle the displaced, in cooperation with regional financiers.

8. Egypt hands over the Gaza Strip to a Palestinian national government with the end of the five years, after national elections and the establishment of a national police apparatus in the West Bank and the sector.

Sounds good on paper but we have Palestinian government in charge of WestBank, they are not fighting Israel so why does Israel keep on building settlements in WestBank, they continue to annex new territories. Once Hamas is disarmed and tunnels destroyed, Israel will find more excuses to bomb and annex Gaza.
