Non sense. Even a minor skirmish with India would hurt the much weaker Pakistani economy more; as I said, Trump's tariff has already dented Pakistan's GDP growth projection and here you are talking about an open conflict with India??!!
BTW, contrary to what this forum has led you to believe: Pakistani Army is not in as dire situation to start a conflict against India to 'regain lost popularity'. Firstly, there are clearly reversals of which Imran Khan has enjoyed, though this forum would remain in denial. Secondly, Pakistanis would automatically become 'patriotic' in case any conflict starts with India should India be foolish enough to start a conflict.
There is for sure a 'hybrid' semi-martial law in Pakistan and I don't mind that as long as there are continuation of policies for the next 15-20 years and I don't care who is in power during those years. But you have a false reading of what happened not just today in Indian Occupied Kashmir but also a false reading of the overall political situation in Pakistan!!!

Modi knows India cannot defeat Pakistan in a war, he’ll most likely go for a domestic face saving measure like the Iranians did against America/Israel (dropping bomb on empty target and drumming it up as a big victory on Indian media)

Indians have outdated intel, their intended target in balakot was vacated of militant elements after 2005 earthquake and a children’s school ever since.

My concern is if faulty Indian intel causes them to attack civilians which would incite a massive Pakistani response akin to what TTP faced after APS.

Give the current situation around the world, war in middle east and door steps of EU, I think Indians are trying their best to " Behti Ganga mai Haath dhona ". Indian current political system is very opportunists, and their lives revolved around Pakistan, that is why you see them barking Pakistan Pakistan every time something happens in India, rather than acknowledging that there is a active insurgent movement in India, its always Pakistan.

True, Indians killed a single crow in Balakot yet their media portrayed it as a massive victory- Indians seem to just lap all the bs up so it could be easier to placate public anger than it may seem.

My concern is if faulty Indian intel causes them to attack civilians which would incite a massive Pakistani response akin to what TTP faced after APS.

Realistically the tit-for-tat would not escalate beyond the first few retaliations, neither India nor Pakistan have appetite for Long, drawn out, high tech and intel slugfests
