IWT is gone fellas, no need to cry over spilt milk. Should have thought that before sanctioning such an attack. Better focus on what's to come 👍
you think this attack was officially sanctioned by the Pakistani leadership? how did you conclude this within 24 hours of the attack? don't you think there are people living in Kashmir who oppose Indian control and don't need any external support to resist that control?

I don't know for sure, thsi surely can be answered by @Michael or @iblini much better, but possible is this for sure even if I don't think it is likely.

By the way, an "emergency order" of Rafales by the Indian is a funny joke ... they surely won't get them anytime sooner only since they ordered them!

IMO overall the situation seems to drivel out at hand if you listen to the usual internet warriors! Yes, a terrorist attack is not to ignore, but to call any treaties null and void, to even press for more, to "solve the issue once for all" is a bit too overdramatic!
India does not need to!!!

Only one condition: if, suppose, going to war with China in the next couple of months, India will look for all possible ways to produce and get more fighter planes, including 5th gen, as early as possible.

Otherwise, answer is "NO"

Yes, I firmly believe that the attack was sanctioned by Pakistan's establishment.
You can't carry out ANY attack in J&K without external support. No weapons, no training, nothing, zilch.

@Deino how feasible is an emergency order of ~36 J-10C on lease from PLAAF inventory? infrastructure and training already in place. Indians have placed emergency Rafale orders in the past.

In theory, this solution is feasible.

If the contract is signed urgently, it will arrive in a few days. (The PLAAF-specific data link and electronic equipment need to be urgently removed and replaced with PAF-related equipment.)

But we have never heard of the PLA offering leasing services.
However, the PLA could deal with it by urgently retiring the J-10C and reselling it to the PAF.

Based on our observations of Pakistan and India, a short-term conflict could break out at any time, but neither side has the ability to engage in a long-term war. Therefore, the situation will not develop to this point.

did those **** brains here realized that china can step in to with water restriction gamse?

Right now, China has no infrastructure that allows it to control the flow of water into India, ie no damns that are India specific.

what you believe and what you can prove can be two different things. you should be able to prove these things before taking drastic action

its hyperbole, I could go on but then some will blame me for parroting the official narrative from GOP, firstly LeT is defunct, it doesn't exist... How can a group claim to be an "off shoot" of a group that doesn't exist?

Secondly this so called "group" being linked to LeT claiming responsibility doesn't even exist - there is no record of it on NACTA there is no record of it on the South Asian Terrorism Portal (which I may add is managed by Indian analysts themselves).

Finally, I appreciate Indian members are irate right now but making threats like this about "obliterating" Pakistan doesn't add anything to the discussion.

Reminds me of this clip for yesterday:

You asked me what I think, I answered. Proofs will also come in due time, relax.
