IMHO, this should finally be a wake up call for the Pakistan Army that business as usually, which they facilitate, can’t continue. Pakistan has been squandering its space to maneuver by wasting its resources/opportunities. Spending or distributing them for small scale leverage, when if husbanded correctly can build the kind of leverage that will help regain some parity with India in economics and diplomacy.

Which is why I never react to a foreign "white" tourist who badmouths India... Because if he bad mouthing India he is bad mouthing our combined identity as south Asians.

Since 2000 they have been trying to cultivate an Israel like relationship with them. Under the fog of war on terror they tried to isolate Pakistan.

Pakistan stood with the west against the soviets and during WOT. Not just hollow words, they were on the front lines and sacrificed. What has India done for the west? Their entire rhetoric is "Islam is terrrorism and we are the good guys so make us your Israel"

That's not wise. I always listen to what other side says because otherwise I'd be in an echo chamber!
