China has to say nothing and Pakistan is expecting nothing because nothing has happened yet. Why would China be unhappy with Pakistan? Inter-state relations aren't like human relations. The former are compartmentalized a whole lot better than interpersonal relations.

Second, talking about water stoppage is premature. India currently does NOT have the wherewithal to either stop or divert water flow to Pakistan.

Third, there is NO country in the world that can get away with stopping the flow of water to lower riparian state. So all this is a lot of talk and hot air.

Our foreign office is busy engaging with other countries to provide our PoV.

Indians can strike at Pakistan and it could/may well be a surprise. But so can we! Neither side, for that matter even the US does not, have the ability to stop an ingress from the air with stand-off munitions or a limited ground incursion over a land/air corridor that is more than 1000 miles long.

Whatever India hits Pakistan with, there will be reciprocity +1.

Completely agree. This is the most serious situation Pakistan has probably EVER been in, it has never faced a threat as existential as the IWT suspension and the slow noose that will close around the neck of the nation within the coming decade.

However, my personal view is that in any conflict, India will launch an attack with the intent to wear Pakistan out through tit for tat strikes, wearing high attritional losses on PAF and ground units alike, before actually committing a main attack force to do whatever they wish with regards to Kashmir, Karachi or the like.

The PAF would be forced to either dial back it's offensive operations or face serious attrition in a conflict that will not have yet reached the level of total war on the escalatory ladder.

For this reason, any Intel that the Indians leak via social media is worth its weight in gold.

I just want to know one thing! Has Pak deployed ASELSAN KORAL-type EW/EA systems? It'll give them a huge edge to break the Bharati radar signals, comms etc. Another thing is the deployment of armed drones to take out AD, artillery, armored, command centers etc. along with directing long range artillery and MLRS fires. Not to mention anti-drone systems.....
