Where’s your source? India has been caught so many times with its pants down - no sane person even believes an official source. Now provide a source worth respecting or refrain. No trees damaged today AFAIK
As I already said sir, making false claims is a part of the strategy for both nations.

One good example you can observe is this:
During cross-border firing, if one side suffers 4–5 casualties, the very next day you will almost always hear claims that, in retaliation, they killed 10–12 enemy soldiers. The same for bunkers etc:ROFLMAO:

So all are happy... People happy, policicans happy and army happy--- happy ending

Leave it, yaar — I'm very open-minded. Even though I am Indian, I always try to stay neutral and avoid one-sided thinking.

I have my own reasons for not trusting such claims from either side if they aren’t backed by solid evidence.

For example, if you do a little research, you’ll find that even an Pakistani minister admitted in Parliament that they can't disclose the real casualty numbers at the borders because it will impact our army moral.

Another example — during the Kargil War, Pakistan officially claimed that no Pakistani soldiers were involved. But a few years later, they awarded medals to their army personnel who fought there.

Similarly, I don’t fully trust Indian claims either when proper evidence isn’t provided.

So to me - both are false claim makers based on their interests and strategy.

honestly, it's useless to keep discussing this. Thanks.

One major point is:
The treaty does not mention anything about suspension, nor does it prohibit suspension.

This appears to be a loophole that India is carefully taking advantage of.

Moreover, senior advocates have pointed out that this situation favors India — even if the matter is challenged, India is unlikely to lose.
Additionally, since India did not sign the Geneva Treaty, there is no binding obligation for India to follow its rules.
i know you think that you are smart conflating sneaky dishonest words twisting in your favor, you can continue to do so but regardless how thick you and your country is you should have understood this so far that first construction machine enters into area with intention to block water it will be bombed, over and over again.

Like I said before....the B@stard state of Israel is the mastermind. We should arm Yemen to the teeth.....
