Modi and that part of Hindus that promote a fascist ideology (We-against-Muslims) should stop abusing the terrorist attack to create a war mood.
First of all it will divide and damage Indian society way more than it divides Pakistan because India has a large Muslim minority while Pakistan almost has no Hindus.

Let me explain something to you
India has Overplayed it's hànd, it doesn't have any evidence against Pakistan, and for this reason it won't allow a investigation

But because it puffed it's chest out so much and made toxic idiots of it's population, it's gotten itself stuck

It needs to do something that seems like a major act without triggering a bigger conflict or response
