So one thing is confirmed that 26/11 is not false flag.
Now let's see where MMS indirectly admitted India is behind Baluchistan issue. I believe you will point to joint statement on the NAM summit 2009 I think.

There will be no major across the border movements. To attack across international borders or even for limited action at LOC, India needs to mobilize at least one of their two Pakistan specific strike corps and bring it at the border .... and that hasn't happened yet.

It's all blusters and warmongering for their retarded domestic audience. Remember, back in 2008 even with a massive level of mobilization, India didn't dare cross the borders (though they did achieve quite success on world diplomatic front by portraying Pakistan as being involved in that attack).

I am yet to see mass mobilizations in either India or Pakistan for a large land war. Having said that, in case of a large land war, Pakistan should use its highly armed civilian population volunteers as auxiliary force to thrust into IoK and avail the decisively alienated Kashmiris' help and take IoK while keeping the bulk of the Pakistani Army to defend Pakistan's international border. Crossing the nuclear threshold has less chance that way. So a combination of 1949 with 1965!

I think a certain Indian Corps Commander was maybe transferred due to inability to stop the Pahalgam attack.

I don't think anybody calls Mumbai a false flag. At best, it was said non-state elements were involved. Nonetheless, India didn't involve Pak to Qasab hearing, even though they agreed and took away their reports from the Pakistan delegation in the Mumbai court.

India is also involved in the killing of Pakistanis in the Samjhota Express.

Problem with this will be that if Pakistan couldn't t take back IOK than the azaab of Indian forces will be on Kashmiri's, they will burn the valley to the ground, the only way Pakistan can win the IOK front is if the Kashmiri's themselves stand up, look at Afghan war for example, despite American training, weapons, everything Afghan soldiers have shot many Americans, and run away with their guns. Only Pakistan can't take back Kashmir, they have to do something a bloody civil war because only then the world will take their side.

Pakistan has credible intelligence, they should preempt and attack indian command and control structures to throw off their plans
