As an Iranian, I am loathed to get involved and comment on this incident.

But I have to say that I find Indias behavior quite erratic and irrational and truth be told really irresponsible.

Obviously I condemn terrorist attack and killing of tourists/civilians.
But the normal thing for a state to do in those circumstances would be to work with the government of Pakistan to find a solution and bring the responsible to justice.

But Indias first reaction was to cut of water and now threatening war. What is this?
Am I missing something?
