Dam take 10 years to build, and India have to violate IWT terms before Pakistan take any military action.

Pakistan will take inspiration from Rig Vedic era when Indra (Pakistan) slayed Vritra/ snake (India) to release water of indus river.

I don’t understand. Could you elaborate.

The terms have already been violated, I believe, one in suspending the IWT, second, releasing water without proper notification.
