Pakistanis got a taste of your blood a few years ago and liked it. They want more.

Everything Pakistan is doing on a diplomatic level is formality. They are laying the foundations for your doom should you make another mistake.

You know I always enjoy engaging with you, yaar the thing to deal with anything like this is to act like responsible nations, India is NO joke it is has a strong economy and a nuclear power, why did your government decide to throw a tantrum like this?

It wasn't a good look, read every Pakistani post who was sensibly saying this makes no sense, and that India is acting irrationally, your government embarrassed itself.

Americans don't care for Pakistan's help in counter terrorism, help against the Soviets, help connecting with China in early 70s etc etc. Americans are strictly 'transactional' and IF Pakistan's mineral sector is indeed as promising as being projected then, yes, that's not something to sneeze at, especially considering Pakistan hasn't gone too openly against Israel and Pakistan hasn't totally committed itself to China.
So if $$ to be made without sacrificing core American interests then why not? Why cuddle India too much as if Indians have other options for a 'sugar daddy'? Why not convince India to buy F-35 instead of more 'RaPPHAELS' from France? That will surely create more jobs in America, thus more voters for the decision makers in America...

Social media is best avoided, as is the mainstream news.

What have we heard from the horse's mouth ?

"we'll punish those responsible and their backers"

It doesn't translate to 'pak done it, we going after them'

ambiguous sa hai, open to interpretation. much can be read between the lines.

I think an internal skorti review first, followed by some sort of sweeping op based on actionable intel is possible, probable, likely even.

This whole cowboy talk about marching into Pak Kashmir, even if for targeted strikes and not against a Pak mil installation, is mostly bs.

This does, but, give them license to do a really deep cleaning, not just sweep, of Indian Kashmir.. lets see.

I think Pakistan committed to China, but at the moment there's likely an understanding of providing American assurances that Pakistan hasn't which the Chinese likely understand. Best to keep Americans as neutral for now and extract all the benefits you can without openly antagonizing the US. Pakistan has played its card well. Listen, China is the future. The West is a dying star given the breakdown socially they are experiencing letting in boatloads of low IQ Blacks, Muslims, and Indians which has given rise to a scary White Nationalist movement. Even the more liberal fence sitters are quietly supporting Trump's position on immigration. I don't blame them. I've been living in the West since the 80s and immigration until 10 years ago were trickle to properly integrate and assimilate newer folks into Western Society, unlike the ones you see coming now. Lowly educated, highly antagonistic, living in their own neighborhoods, and just outright invasive in public spheres. Things weren't the best but they were 100% better than what they are now. I don't shy away from some of the more harsher decisions that Trump is taking.

What is that?

But problems are that after few years, members will start claiming india reached to USA for interfering and save india.

Likewise - kargil war, Nawaz sharif flew america to stop india, later members ended claiming - india was begging to USA for help
