Middle schools in Shenzhen may have facilities on par with Beijing's, but overall teaching quality is still streets behind Beijing and other major cities.

Quite interesting!

The best school is dominated by northern China.

But economically, these regions are still poor and backward compared to the southern and coastal provinces.
