The requirements for pilots in BVR air combat have indeed become more demanding. Precisely because modern active air-to-air missiles are so capable, pilots now need to accurately plan engagement zones, which poses significant challenges in a fast-evolving battlefield where situations change by the second.

I disagree. It wasn't a case of an attacker fighting his/her way through the defenders to achieve his/her target. By the time the first bombs landed, the strike package would have already egressed out of there. Lobbing SOWs from controlled airspace is not a feat, even though the IAF botched it in 2019. What the PAF did was with the ones across the border willing for a brawl that lasted for a while. They wanted the fight. If they hadn't, they would've been out of there before the PAF could've done anything, just like in 2019.

IMO, its quite embarrassing how they still lost 5 aircraft after launching SOWs from their own airspace in a surprise attack.

yes Frosty, not at all. thanks for the reminder, i am extra cautious..,

the answer is Pakistan can fund war to liberate kashmir, i am a big numbers person, who does financial modeling and calculation based on variable assumptions, specializes in macro economics, a harvard business grad..
i have done extensive case study on pakistan and how it can fund its own war machine with current resources to liberate kashmir..
the bottom line is without sharing anything with anyone, pakistan can sustain 3 to 4 years war with a max of additional $30B a year spent on war, and can raise 100+ infantry divisions that too heavily armed with supply of fresh troops, food and weapons.. rest spirit is there, a true leader is needed to take kashmir.

i can do numbers but knowing how pakistanis are, and their will, they can make it happen.
