Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

So its Over! Ceasefire announced.

I was SAYING THIS 3 DAYS AGO. Modi/BJP Hindutva mindset only UNDERSTANDS strength. Modi & India will keep hitting you if you show weakness. They stopped when finally we acted atlast.

We would not faced attacks on our major airbases, or attacks on Lahore, Rwp, Karachi, and 9 other cities had we had balls & wisdom enough to strike back sooner. We certainly had no mood to hit back until ALL RED LINES were crossed. They were literally SLAPPING us on our face (our major cities) and we were only slapping back at their hand as a defense.

Timeline:
1- Day 1: India bombed our 9 cities. Pakistan as a defensive measure downed few of their attacking jets only.
2- Day 2 & 3: India did drones strikes all over the major cities in Pakistan.
3- Day 4: India launched massive missiles at major Pakistani airbases and we witnessed massive explosions. Pak finally did a limited response on only indian forward looking airbases (which obviously were empty by this time).

Redlines crossed:

1- India did a gross humiliation of Pakistan's sovereignty
by attacking our major cities like Lahore, Islamabad, Rwp, Karachi, Bahawalpur etc.

Pak response:
Nil - We never touched indian major cities like Mumbai, Kolkata, New Delhi. None at all. Its a pity we never settled that score.

2- India launched attack against major Pakistani airbases ( note india did not attacked on FOB ie. small airfields or forward airstrips, they literally attacked at major military installations. )

Pak response: Very mild, we only attacked their forward looking air strips with Fatah-1 missiles. All those small airbases are within 120 km range from border and none had any significant equipment, esp at times when they already have made the first move and attacked our bases first. We were 10 steps behind their actions. We were only reactive.

WHY we let india hammer us for 4 days?
I was saying here in the forum that Modi BJP's hindutva only listen to strength, as soon as you respond they will do the ceasefire. That exactly happened. They do not have guts for fullscale war. they do not want it too. They only wanted an environment where they unilaterally can keep firing missiles at Pakistan without Pakistan responding.

Now let's examine what enabled india to be emboldened so much this time and hit us so extensively this time.

Enabling factors in india's emboldened aggression against Pakistan:

1- Severe lack of leadership in Pakistan.

India saw a golden opportunity when it saw a leadership crisis in Pakistan. Not a single genuine leader with moral authority / will of the nation, they saw internal divide as one of their enabling factor.

2- Confused Role of Federal Govt:
PMLN led govt played a most horrific role to enable india's bold aggression, As continuously all ministers including def minister, dpm, PM were continuously showing severe weakness signalling. They even were saying that we will see the "mood" of india and only then retaliate. They were suggesting that downing of jets against total aggression of india was Pakistan's retaliation. India got emboldened by this and understood that Pakistan is scared and is now ready to be continually hammered.

3- Most absurd role of PMLN-affiliated Pak media:
Treacherous role of all tout media in Pakistan esp GEO is now evident. They 100% literally acted as if they are agents of india. They from day 01 specifically designed a narrative that Pakistan should not respond at all against india's total and naked aggression and humiliation of our sovereignty (with their attacks on our major cities). The pak media was continuously suggesting Pak military that it is Modi's plan to trap Pakistan. So please don't get in his trap and accept all the beatings. All those most journalists like shahzeb and others were parroting this for 4 days that it is india's trap, so if they send drones we will keep destroying it and that's it. GEO went above and far in treachery, they started making news "Pak army strong retaliation by destroying 80 indian drones", Imagine, they called Pakistan's being thrased and violated as "retaliation". India closely watch our media and sees what is our mood and intent. They sensed that we are in utter panic and are scared, so they continuously kept shoving and hammering us until we finally did a mild response.

In the end, only feat that we got from this 4 day conflict is downing their jets during their first attack and that was only because of mastery, tactics of our pilots & battlefield commanders and ofcourse their weapon systems. In the whole saga, there was ZERO contribution of any sort of leadership. Other than that for rest of 4 days we showed leadership crisis and absurd restraint. In coming days we will keep discussing the heroics of our pilots, weapon systems but will also need serious introspection on the reasons why india got emboldened enough to hit our major cities without any consequences. India crossed many redlines and pakistan didn't retaliated to those redlines. The whole event gave license and a new normal for india to reach our major cities and major airbases. So much for us to ponder.

Some of what you say is reasonable. Certainly our narrative building, perception management and political response were exceptionally poor (with some notable exceptions e.g. some highly articulate individuals have now stood up to be counted), but we know why that is - professionalism and merit in those fields have been replaced largely by lifafas, dynasties and backhanders. Unfortunately lessons on that front will not be learned quickly.

However, as a population, we are now resolved. There can never be peace with India and our eyes are open. Therefore it is incumbent on us to fix our nation and guard genuine merit-driven democracy from the overseas clandestine influencers who would rather keep us a nepotistic, corrupt, backwards, dynastic, clan based society.

The military, as always, did excellently well. I did not think I could be more than awe of them than I was when I was a wide-eyed fanboy growing up, yet here I am today, fully seasoned and rustic, completely unable to put their bravery and expertise in planning into sufficiently descriptive superlatives.

One point everyone on this thread has missed so far is that Pakistan' s victory over india and the downing of at least 3 rafaele fighter jets has conclusively proven that Chinese military technology is on par or even better than white western european military technology. That is a BIG BIG BIG shift in the global geopolitical order. Something that hasn't been seen in over 500 years.

US and Israel will now be sharing improved plans with Laindia for tackling Pakistan the next engagement.

Restraint © Doctrine is not designed for a fluid battlespace with madmen such as Modi at the helm.

Exactly my thoughts. I always had this feeling that US wanted to see how far Pakistan had progressed with the Chinese tech. Now that India has been embarrassed, it will offer India GOODIES in return for its part to contain China.

While PAF and PA performed well and dealt the pajee*s a bitter defeat. The conflict exposed Pakistan's weakness. Pakistan has no depth, all airbases are too close to the frontline.

If Muslims wants to reconquer the sub-continent, Afghanistan and Pakistan has to merge. Military facilities and bases and military leadership located in Afghanistan will be far enough from the frontline to be protected well.

You'll find most Pakistanis receptive to your idea, but it's your lot that's the issue, perhaps talk with them then come to us. That might be easier lol

Posting here so we don’t forget, remember guys, our common citizens were hovering around downed drones and talking and laughing about selling them for 10,000/KG. India does NOT want this action lmao

I hope you are wrong. I hope it stops here and the two sides manage at DGMO level.

It must be said here, we are hugely indebted to our fighting men and women for the determination and grit they have demonstrated.

Second, a huge debt of gratitude to our friends/brothers in China, Turkey, Azerbaijan and others. The last 4 days have clearly shown Pakistan who our true friends are and who the bystanders are/will be in the future.

May God always, always bless Pakistan. Pakistan armed forces zindabad, PAKISTAN PAINDABAD!
We all know the banya how it plays.

What is Pashtuni nonesense? Does integration for you mean I should become Punjabi?

Dont kid yourself, nationalism demands you kiss goodbye to your culture language and identity in favour of an alien persona . Atleast in this part of the world .

The problem I see with this is that India went for ceasefire to resupply and take a breather. Nothing has changed for us. :(
Well they are very Wiley, so it could be the case. Which is why we will remain in a heightened state of readiness. That said the world will be looking at this region now, so any aggression from either side will draw serious condemnation.

Personally I don't trust India, India's national psyche cannot tolerate the existence of Pakistan... I don't think anyone of us is under any illusion otherwise.

I have to totally disagree with you! Its not even a debate. Pakistan did a strike that was symbolic and designed for non-escalation. Something which we had to do right after their first attack on day-1 But we showed restrained and they kept doing attacks after attacks. These targets were selected long ago, as we knew india will attack. We must had to respond immediately. But our govt / PMLN and their associated media designed a specific narrative that we should only be defensive and if we retaliate then we will be used in Modi's "trap". They started calling interception of indian drone attacks as our "retaliation" and emboldened india to hit us more and more.

Now, you have the names of airstrips that we attacked. You can go at google satellite maps now. Check for yourself how close they are to our borders and secondly see for yourself that even in archive satellite imargry there is no assets deployed on those airbases. You seriously think india will deploy any significant assets on those bases ? Especially when they escalated first by attacking our major airbases, they obviously anticipated our attack and would already have remaining every bit of piece from these FOBs. Remember we got hammered for 4 days on our major cities and on our major airbases. By all honesty, india crossed many redlines and we didn't crossed any and responded to none.

Our only success came from airforce in first 10 mins of the conflict when they downed 5 attackers. Rest of whole of conflict we couldn't even decide when we were continuously hammered and violated.

So, our attack was mild in relation to what india did, something to cheer us up that's all. We need serious introspection on our leadership crisis that emboldened india at first place. On top, Imagine IWT (our waters and our rivers already taken by india).

Can you provide evidence to back up any of your claims? So india agreed to the ceasefire because they are humane, decent and prace-loving g people?

Give Pakistan army weapons and unlimited fund and we could have fought WWII single handedly.

Facing tremendous odds and endless hordes of bhartoids, our army has proven that it is truly the David in David vs Goliath.

Laagar Bagaars so mad, confujed and hurt right now.

Mattarchor came to play test match, but we decided that it will be one day.

😭😭😭
