Azad Kashmir government can just go convene and call for it. I think administratively Azad Kashmir is lightyears ahead of rest of the federal provinces.

Launching Cruise/ballistic missiles from Submarines in the Bay of Bengal, that creates new vectors. Right now they just freeze their western border, while its business as usual in the rest of the country, meanwhile all air traffic over pakistan is closed and places deep in the interior like Peshawar are being hit. So in effect, there is a deeper disturbance to Pakistan than there is to India, you need alternative solutions than purely relying on land attacks vectors all coming out of Punjab.

I'm hoping the Hangors will remedy this situation to some extent within the next 5-7 years inshAllah.

J-35 also becomes important in regards to unpredictable penetration on the Western border.

Also need to shore up any deficits against BM/Brahmos class weapons as best as possible.

And improve drone warfare capabilities.

Keep in mind the Indians will take inspiration out of the Zio playbook.

This is not an honorable enemy.

Pakistan must be ready.

They had full confidence on S-400. So when the bases were hit deep into the Indian territory, they felt the need to run to the US to negotiate a deal with Pakistan for an immediate ceasefire.

They are rabid dogs, that's why I said I suspect that the war will again start in the coming days.

Very easy, Chinese CX-1 is ready for export. I am actually very surprised Pakistan didn't already acquire a Brahmos equivalent.
