and he claims Hezbollah then sent some pagers to Iran for testing, and once he learned that Iran would have the results within a day, he decided to activate the terrorist attack before the sabotage was discovered

was it really necessary to have sent it to Iran for testing? I dont know the details of exactly how the pagers were rigged but surely it wouldn't have been too hard to test it themselves similar to how russian drone operators were able to find explosives hidden within the drone headset batteries. but who knows how deep the mole was and they still might've found out

Hezbollah has already met its end.
Just like Syria, they are being bombed at will by Israel without resistance, and they don’t fire a single shot in return.

1.- Are they decimated?

2.- Is the Lebanese army holding them back?

They are being bombed anyway.

they lost almost their entire top level military leadership and were deeply infiltrated after Israel devoted huge resources to this after Hezbollah embarrassed them in 2006

they need time to recover from these blows

and the Lebanese people do not support a war with Israel as we saw Israel will punitively target civilians across all of Lebanon (including areas where Hezbollah is not present) to turn them against Hezbollah
