Its a description of beaurocracy... I do not see how you are finding secular or religious here...

Who is lying is clear here, had there been no Rafaele shot down, you lot would have swiftly pointed that out!

The damage to the infirmary was quite devastating though as it wiped out the entire Indian supply of anti-hallucinogenic drugs, hence the mass Indian delusions that have now reached epidemic proportions.

A pawn is no longer useful or at least much less useful when it shows utter incompetent, such a giant country can't even rule the sky over South Asia against a much much smaller and political, economical unstable Pakistan, that's why modi jeet is doing everything he can to save face, like sending out envoy to a bunch of nations to explain how successful is operation sindor after it was humailited by PAF.
