North Korea tactics only work when your enemy is literally next door not seperated by 2 or 3 countriesMaybe because Iran's 'deterrence' was using Hezbollah and Syria to do a North Korea on Israel via rockets and missiles, and therefore Iran had invested less on fighter aircrafts. Pakistan, being right next to India, has to rely on fighter jets, while Iran is far from Israel where 'dog fights' chances would be far less. So it was appropriate use of resources by Iran.
