It is from Daraa. Unlikely HTS. But Syrians are Muslim Mujahideen. That Israel and the US are attacking (sanctions and Kurdish/US forces occupation, as well as Israeli strikes).

People of Daraa are the ones that clashed with Israeli forces in Golan. Also ones that revolted against Assad government. And now ones that fire rockets at Israel. They are revolutionaries.

Obviously we won't be able to avoid theories in coming hours. Just like when rockets are fired from Lebanon. Or in Syria. Hezbollah/Lebanese government are pursuing those firing rockets without permission in Lebanon. HTS will likely do same in Syria.
Some will say Israel is behind that to get reasons to attack Syria and Lebanon.
I'm not gonna entertain theories every time something happens. But all we can foresee is Israel is trying to establish a defacto occupation off all neighboring states. Not necessarily by deploying troops but through bombing and changing equations.
And those neighboring nations don't have a choice but to prepare deterrents.

Saudis - Iranians - Turks will be the backers in this long term struggle.
The people in Palestine, Syria and Lebanon are poor and can't supply themselves.
Egypt may be the lethal attack force when the time is right. There may not be a choice but to drag Israel into a ground invasion in Gaza and deep into Syria and Lebanon to bleed them dry and stretch them thin. And then Egypt will need to make the death blow.
Right now everyone is running away from that reality and trying to avoid it. They're in denial. But sooner or later we have to face that reality.

Don't think it's true. It could be a Iran affiliated group, Hezbollah, or even IRGC. They want to embarrass and undermine HTS. And now HTS affiliated groups in Lebanon will fire at Israel from Lebanon I imagine.
We don't mind this competition if it results in everyone trying to prove who's more boss against Israel.

Israel threatening Syrian President like they used to do with Assad. This will make Syrians worried and inevitably establish deterrents and try to increase Turkish presence in Syria.
This is all long term imo, there won't be any immediate benefit for Gaza. I just foresee a collision course with Israel and all neighboring nations with exception of Jordan ( that could change down the road).

well one theory I have is the rockets are a false flag in an Israeli attempt to spark conflict with someone, anyone in Syria and then run to America saying see......we are your only ally in this region and Syria needs to be partitioned.
Another theory I have is this false flag will be blamed on Hezbollah and HTS tasked to now hit Hezbollah in Lebanon. Only upon passing this loyalty test will the sanctions on Syria be removed.
