Because ICE has been breaking multiple laws (which is why the courts keep having to interfere), and have targeted innocent citizens, as well as even lawmakers who disagree with them. They've illegally harassed and arrested lawyers and judges as well, all because they know that the fascist US government has given them full backing.

Mark my words, there is going to come a day of reckoning. Once Trump is gone ICE and its agents are not going to like what happens next.

On a side note, California is threatening to withhold tax revenue transfer to the federal government, if Trump goes through with plans to withhold cash distribution to California. If this happens, Trump will be in a ton of trouble.

law and justice are two different things and if you have read American or world history, laws have been used to oppress and discriminate against people as well.

With regards to that b--rd Trump, he has been waiting for chaos so as to invoke a long forgotten law called Insurrection Act and impose martial law. He has no intention of ever leaving office.
