Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

Pretty sure you used to pretend to be French European.....I mean, the stench filtered through the screen so you were unmistakably Indian but you've given up completely now?

BTW The only French I bothered to learn was ferme la bouche....what an obnoxious language forcing you to use your nasal sinuses unnecessarily...

Satisfait?

Any attack on Karachi, Pakistan’s economic hub, would provoke a strong response, the Lahore-based analyst said.

“I believe India will choose to play hide and seek like it did this time,” Qazi said. But he added that there was a “high probability” that India could attack Pakistan’s naval installations on land, including its planes and radar stations. And that, he said, was an “alarming possibility”

Pakistan still has more potential than most countries, considering the regions it abuts and its underdevelopment. A young population eager to work and a ruling elite primed to support a new western lead initiative, even if the terms aren’t proportionately in the national interest. It’s the way the ruling elite have developed, thinking in 2.5 year cycles.
Rinse and repeat failures of the past 75 years. This thinking has made Pakistan the basket case of South Asia and on par with Sub Saharan Africa, with each passing year, bringing more poverty and life a living hell for the population.

Wow.. Fruits of democracy can produce epic interviews by well qualified and genius government officials

This Botox queen has provided a desperately needed propaganda opportunity to the enemy.

Fruits of duffer mentality dominating every aspect of Pakistani nation-state with full eye to North Korean style cult dictatorship as the ultimate calling and goal of the nation.

Likely nothing happened involving the crash of two jets, neither Indian nor Pakistani over Srinagar.

This guy has a history of just making shit up.

He recently claimed he met with Shivangi Singh over the phone, and basically said "trust me, bro".

Claimed he was given access to sat intel by a foreign power confirming IAF shit down a F-16 in 2019. Of course nothing came of it. Should tell you all you need to know

Easy on the Google translate Rajesh.

You can get 30cm resolution images from https://space-solutions.airbus.com/imagery/sample-imagery/ . Hope the "more to come" will be in similar resolution.

We did video last time in 2019, rest of world is still awaiting any resolution images you have of Pak F-16, or Balakot strikes or even 2016 "surgical strike", if anyone shoukd be mouthing off about images it should not be India.

Plenty of very good resolution images of downed Indian planes.

i am convinced the next Indian attack on Pakistan will be majority naval in nature. They will fire naval BrahMos and try to take out Pakistani naval assets and also attack Karachi and Bin Qasim. Once Pakistani naval assets are neutralized, a lot of options open up for India including blockading merchant marine and air traffic to Pakistan, in cooperation with the GCC. They will also count on an increasingly desperate Pakistan then trying to pressure India via risky operations by its Air Force/Army.

Pakistan is finally building up its Navy but it will be years before its more than the token force it is today. That gives India a window of two to three years at most.

Its why I understand why Pakistan is getting better air defense equipment from China to counter BrahMos but I dont understand about the J35. I would prefer Pakistan focus on AD and naval capabilities.

IN did jack s**t.

Carrier sailed near Pakistan then sailed back.

P-8 got caught on video.

Firing naval Brahmos woukld require getting in range of Pakistan coastal missiles. You would be looking at the destruction of India's entire Western fleet.

Ignorance indeed is a bliss. So don’t be and bring the real stuff.
Please don’t bring cope stuff. I would be the first one to accept it.
Why the hell do we need to ‘cope’?wasn’t it India that got humiliated losing 6 of its top of the line jets against none? Including ‘worlds best’ Ra-fail? Then admits to grounding its 🤡AF for 2 whole days to sort it’s ‘tactics’ out in The middle of a 4 day war?🙈😂And because it’s overhyped 🤡AF failed at the first hurdle India was then forced to resort to drones and BrahMos in desperate effort to get some level of face saving? Only to then quickly call for deescalation almost as soon as Pakistan responded with its own missile attack? So let there be no confusion, u are the one who needs to find ways to cope with all those facts and to be fair, you seem to be coming along a bundle🤣

This is why.

America has come to realize that Pakistan was doing its dirty work for them in South Asia. Now that Pakistan is moving closer to China, this shift could be a major blow for American policymakers. The relationship between Pakistan and China is built on mutual respect and brotherhood, whereas Pakistan’s relationship with America has always been based on one-sided interests—America looked after its own gains, while Pakistan sacrificed its national interest.

The recent four-day conflict between two nuclear powers exposed the depth of Pakistan’s influence in the region and further proved to the Americans that this country holds real power, especially in times of crisis. However, the problem lies within Pakistan’s leadership. Certain generals—like the current Field Marshal—are known for prioritizing personal gain over national interest. He is reportedly under pressure due to crimes committed internally, and the Americans are taking full advantage of his vulnerable position. There are even reports suggesting that Nur Khan Air Base is now effectively under American control.

If you observe the current negotiations between Pakistan and the U.S., it’s evident that the general is trying to protect himself at any cost. If the Americans demand more, he will likely comply—just to save himself. We have no idea how much was given to Americans as we know Americans and Trump. They are businessman. They do not deal anywhere where they don't see their profit.
I wish I could be wrong

Attrition and costs: While the conflict may have been more costly for India, they can afford it. They have a larger geography, lower troop concentration (except in Kashmir), better air defense, and an equally capable missile force. Even in the short term, they can make purchases amounting to $10–12 billion—equivalent to our borrowed reserves.

With the widening gap in GDP and defense spending, maintaining a qualitative edge will become increasingly difficult. From an attrition and cost perspective, it is now clear that if we give up pressure on India too easily, they will not exercise restraint.

Conclusion: we have made next conflict cheaper for India, that's why, it is heavier for Pakistan. And that's just a conflict cost without accounting for insurgencies.

Just my opinion, I m not a military expert or even enthusiast. I have just evaluated based on financial terms.

India cost: est. 10 Billion next purchase + est 1 to 2 Billion $ lost (total: 12 $ Billion)

The penalty should have been more heavy for this conflict.
