The worst scenario here is if Israel does partial strike while US pledge not to be involved (but shoot down everything fired at Israel) and pass it off as Netanyahu trying to cement his legacy before ending the genocide in Gaza and retiring from politics.....

It will mean Iran allowed for a slow degradation of its entire military capabilities ....
