To be fair, the Pakistan Armed forces responded to an act of aggression in SECONDS by shooting down those jets that attacked Pakistan. The response following needed a recalibration, but the Armed Forces of Pakistan knew what was coming and had prepared for it. They did wait for an act of aggression first before responding and you can have a view on that of course.

It unfortunately seems that IRI / IRGC have decided to go down without a fight, Assad style.

At least Hezbollah tried to fire back and continued to fire into Israel despite losing its entire leadership.

Seems like forever but I said that Israel was not going to hit Iran until hezbollah was taken care of. Iran should have been prepared from then on even after their slap fest of TP-1 and TP-2 Iran should have known it was coming.

Hezbollah still has a few long-ish range missiles and many shorter range but they will stay clear out of this conflict. Maybe if Iran got involved when hezbollah war started the landscape would be different.
