Big for morale if true, but honestly the damage has been done.

Iran should make it clear that it will attack all other refineries in the region. Then perhaps, those countries will also pressurise the US to not let that happen.
Perhaps, but this might isolate Iran diplomatically.

Israel is going to attack Iranian oil and economic facilities anyway. Otherwise the IRI can rebuild. So best for Iran to go all out and hit as much as possible.
Arabs are not actively aggressive towards Iran, what is the point of declaring war to several countries in the same time...none...target is entity and only entity....all other options are pointless and damaging to Iranian strategy...

Iran should be setting the Persian Gulf on fire by now. If they're out of matches, Pakistan can provide all the hockey matchis dabbas we can provide. We have a tonne of them, never out of stock in our shops.

Nope, the War of Attrition followed the 1973 war and proved Israel could not overwhelm Egypt like it did in 1967. But Egyptian regime then used the capital to switch sides and ensure money and political support will come for it from West permanently.
Egyptians stabbed their arab brethren in the back after they refused to advance forward having neutralized Israeli Air Force, which ultimately came to bite them in the ass as well as Sharon refused orders from his high command and attacked, routing Egyptian 3rd army and taking all of Sinai.
