The issue comes down to Iran´s neglected airforce really..
This is what we learned from this round of skirmish it exposed Iran´s lack of airforce which is something only the hardcore military enthusiast knew like me, you and few weaponry fanatics on board.
But What Israel did is basically exploit this to it´s absolute best.
Now I am going to give you an example, during the 2010s the Iranian weaponry fans were rather just arrogant not productive they ignored this huge gap with saying or talking down to other countries who were actully humble and strengthening their countries responsible and in the right way by saying you just buy stuff and don´t reproduce but all Iran did was build rockets and missiles and these countries in the Mideast can develope that but they needed an actual airforce in the persent to close their airspace this is where Iran started lacking behind.
Example countries like Egypt build up their defenses, army and air force responsible with the right systems and they do have air-air missiles with better air defense systems etc etc. Countries like Jordan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman all have capability to close their airspace plus fairly modern airforce with Air to air missiles ranging from 200-300km meaning anyone entering their airspace could be downed including Turkey, Pakistan, India, Algeria, Japan, Morocco, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Holland, Denmark, Belgium, Germany, France, UK, Italy, Spain, Greece (Yes
@Foinikas has an airforce) and would have been capable of downing majority of these Israeli jets.
To also note here Taiwan has an airforce to deter fuking China not only on paper but actually in reality. They have over 250+ modern jets with air to air missiles which means China itself can´t have this kinda of free rein over fuking Taiwan´s airspace without taking a massive toll of downed fighters as well and entering dog-fight forget about the Mideast countries majoirty of them have air force because this is the wild wild west and the original heartland of Empires hence you have Turkey (Former global empire), Saudi Arabia (Former global Empire), Eygpt (Former global emprie), Syria-Jordan (Former global empire) and finally Iran (Former global empire) hence you would believe that a former global empire like Iran would equip it´s airforce fully knowing this is the wild wild west and lands of empires.
Thailand is not a war country nor located in the lands of former global empires but Thailand has an airforce and not Iran a former global empire and I mean a nation like Iran a historic nation and a previous empire but the Thai has it and I mean freaking Myanmmar has a better airforce then Iran forget Tiny Kuwait who will be armed to the teeth in comparison to Iran.
Iran´s defense industry has lacked humility and clarity to rebuild responsible and all their argument is you buy as if it is negative dude you gotta buy first what you can´t make and then try to make it.
Some people might think this is impressive what Israel has done but it really is not and to be honest it is like India bombing Sir Lanka as Sir Lanka has no air force it is equal to that.
The blame solely lays with Iran neglecting their airforce and Israel just exploited that
