in any event, it is encouraging that Israel cannot reach the missiles underneath, and most of the bases are still operational (always have to assume some will be impacted in war). also, imagine if Mossad commandos had gone in and disabled them, or sabotaged them (some fake Zio news was saying the missiles were blowing up after launch)! luckily none of that is the case.

Iran has already notified they are leaving NPT, meaning they will accept any good gift from friendly nation, I read that some where recently

NPT can't be implemented unilaterally while no one else complies
