I like how people say "nuclear scientists" like these people are some covert agents working with a fake ID or something.
Most of these "nuclear scientists" are university professors. They teach at university. You could find their home addresses (including apartment number) from their application form at the university, or even e-commerce platforms like Digikala.

A lot of data exist on people in dark web after websites are hacked and data are leaked. Snapp and Digikala have been hacked before. It's not hard to spy on university professors at all. Even a hacker could pull off something like that easily, let alone a state actor.

This is one of Iran's big mistakes. Yu Min is the man who invented the thermal nuclear bomb for China, nobody knew his name until 2000s. This man has been stuck in the deep mountains for many decades

I'm not sure how the Israeli warning app works but it looks like the alert areas were changed to blue colour? Could be intercepted by Arabs or USN before hitting Israel.
