Indeed. Israel does not have strategic depth so its support base compensate for it. However, in war, any country that has support, takes it. China helps Pakistan. China, Iran and North Korea helping Russia too. Israel, Pakistan and Turkey helped Azerbaijan. This is how it is.

It is very much a strategy. Nethanyaho is hated by every single country on the planet right now (maybe other than India). Israelis keep electing him though. Israel is a 70 year asset for the US so they have no choice but to go along with the elected PM, even if they hate his guts. They key is to make Israelis feel the pain, the way they have been making life pain for everyone around them, so they get rid of this guy.

Trump threw his plane back and not spoken with Netanyahu since, Biden kept calling him a SOB, Obama never shook hands with him. Everyone will will celebrate Netanyahu languishing in a jail cell. Or at least getting slapped around by every country like Modi is being slapped around since last month by every country. Will make a nice couple of both declared Genocidal criminals getting the same treatment.

All I am trying to say is that Iran doesn't nearly enjoy similar support from its allies. It would be fair to say that Iran is fighting against Israel mostly on its own.
 
The Iranian Air Force hangars at Iran’s Mehrabad Airport in Tehran continued to burn into the morning after an Israeli airstrike, sending massive pillars of black smoke up over the city.

The hangars hosted a selection of (Russian supplied) Iranian MiG-29s and Su-241000028128.jpgs.

Sure, but isn’t HB self sufficient in a lot of stuff including drones? HB is still there and capable, most of their stuff is in tact. They had like 300k missiles.. prob still have half if not more left.
