Does the term due process even matter to the Israelis and their supporters? From personal experience, I had interaction with a Jewish lobby group who were protesting against Hamas in my home country. When questioned about the interim findings of the ICJ, the response of most of the group members were that the ICJ cannot be trusted any longer since it hijacked by anti - Semitic elements. How can anybody reason with that logic is beyond me. The general Israeli government has contempt for anybody who points out their clear wrongdoings, including any court or lawful authority. They after all are fully supported by your government and media. In effect, it is difficult to argue with a man armed to the teeth whilst you remain defenseless.

Nobody argues against hard work to achieve success. Whilst, the history of the so called success of most of the western world is built on the backs of slavery and colonialism, I will limit my discussion to Palestine. Statements by Israeli government officials and politicians calling for the eradication of Palestinians or moving them as a total population to neighboring Arab states. The carpet bombing of Gaza. Bombing of hospitals, schools and refugee centres. Attacking unarmed Palestinians trying to access a mosque. Reciting Jewish prayers with a loudhailer in a mosque in Gaza. Terrorism and Genocide have no fixed definition. They have a common sense definition
