The stealthy drop tanks they were working on or they used an airbase in eastern Syria. IAF doesn't have enough tankers to top off almost a hundred fighters so I wouldn't be surprised if we later found out they used "other" airbase for the attack.

Again Iron dome seems to do well in some places but terrible in others.
Had this been in conjunction with hypersonic glide missiles and supersonic air launched missiles it would be game over.

Iron Dome is meant for rockets launched by Hamas and Hezbollah. The anti ballistic missile system is Arrow, Patriot and THAAD.

The production capacity and amounts of missiles is nothing more than speculation. No one knows, but I am sure the 10+ years of manufacturing has built up good stockpiles that may surprise most. Considering BMs are the only kinetic option for Iran to strike israel, they would have stockpiled enough for different scenarios…. If not then let natural selection take its course.
