Isn't North Korea the country with which China has a formal treaty obligation to defend it in case it is attacked?

I get that Kim is going a bit rogue and China might not approve of the growing military relationship with Russia but the NK regime still relies a lot more on China than on Russia for its survival.

China keeps saying it has nothing to do with North Korea, but in reality, their security is deeply linked. If anything serious happens, China will step in, whether North Korea asks for help or China takes it upon itself, like it has for centuries.

Unfortunately, the Iran-India relationship is unlikely to change much.

Iranians are very proud of their ancient culture, justifiably, and the cultural linkages to ancient India are strong. The rise of Hindutva intolerance may put a damper but it can't erase a thousand year history.

That thousand year relationship was with Muslims of India not the Hindus.

I hope Iran's new leadership recognises the critical importance of forging a strong alliance with Pakistan. In today's climate, both nations need each other more than ever, given the distinct geopolitical challenges they each face.

India, on the other hand, has repeatedly shown itself to be an unreliable partner - something I hope Tehran takes into serious consideration.

Is Pakistan able to reciprocate?
Are we really independent?
If Saudi or UAE orders our establishment to do something, can we say no?

It's out in the open how these regional Arab countries are helping Israel.

If it were up to me, I would severe our ties with the UK, France and Germany for supporting a military aggression against us.

Israel can deal with Iran and all Arab armies combined. that´s more than embarassing for the Mullahs. to win a war you need more than just counting people and weapons.
