Pakistans threat posture is aimed at countering India- our entire fighting doctrine revolves around it. Thus we have no need for ICMBs etc...

If you launch 100 drones costing tens of thousands of dollars each and only 1 or 2 reach their target, it's clearly less efficient than missiles.
IRI focus on ballistic missiles with fewer drone launches seems like a rational tactic.
It would have been even better if there were cheap long range drones solely for decoy purposes.

IREK stands for Intermediate Range extension kit and is used on Glide Munitions. CM400 AKG is an anti radiation missile, two different types of systems entirely.
