I call BS on this.

Unless they have Mossad agents on the ground who collect soil samples afterwards, I am not sure how they would determine that.

Maybe the type of radiation emitted by the soil in the fire would be analyzed but that would be quite impressive if NATO has that spectroscopy tech in its satellites or planes.
