Lessons for Pakistan from the Israel/Iran conflict of June 2025

Balchestan must be secured. Get the disgruntled Baloch tribesmen and factions on side. Make every effort to seal the border, place landmines, snipers across the frontier.
Build a strong relationship with the Afghan Taliban.
For over 20 years we've been hit hard from our western borders. Israel and india know our weakness and how fragile these lawless regions are especially the vast Baloch countryside.

Zionazis to target Pakistan

On a serious note

Airforce is vital and Pakistan has a good plan, alongside AWACS and EW, ground radars

A.D is vital, Including layered A.D against multiple threats from drones to missiles to jets

Development of drones, hypersonic missiles

Clear up of internal threats, let me a clarify a MERCILESS clear up of threats inside the country

Good military planning is essential, don't let old men who don't understand modern warfare guide your military planning

Make good allies and friends you can rely on
In wartime this is essential

Have back up facilities to produce vital equipment

Motivate and unite your population for war
Aircraft carrier comes into play against Israel

For this we need a plan to “heal the family”; political reconciliation amongst political parties such that everyone knows they can safely work within the system; predictability. Short of predictability and room for participation, we leave the country vulnerable of no one being able to reach out to the disaffected and closing the gaps as much as possible.

In cancer treatment, there is chemotherapy which should hopefully get 90% of the cancer and only then do you want to consider surgery if there is still cancer. Surgery can remove 90% of the remaining 10%, leaving behind hopefully not enough, and the patient going into remission.

We need political reconciliation to do chemotherapy on the political disaffection first.

Also I say heal the family. Because as a family only then can we be unified against external threats. Family isn’t suppose to hurt family.

I think fc baluchistan needs to be strengthened and numbers increased by 15k

this is the lesson for Pak..

LM drone factory inside Iran!

This is more directed towards the India threat, but as Netanyahu has pointed out that Pakistan is perceived by them as their long term threat, Pakistan will now have to build up the means to take the war in that direction if need be. But for God sake Pakistan, especially via the loose lips “defense minister” better not start taking about this.
Defense Minister, can not speak without the consent of Military Apparatus! he is just doing/saying what is required to be said.

the messege is heard loud and clear!

All these countries, Iraq, Syria, Libya, and Iran, share some common traits like a lack of good governance and strong military institutions. The question for us is why these countries failed and eventually became the breeding grounds for treason, backstabbing, corruption, religious intolerance and extremely weak leadership.

It is a lesson for the Pakistani security establishment to support a strong civil society, show patience for differences of opinion, and stop supporting and promoting corrupt politicians. and empower people. Militaries alone cannot win wars; they need support from their people. The first priority should be to restore or rebuild the trust between people and the military establishment. We, the people, love our forces and will not hesitate to defend our country.

Second, we need to find a way to break or weaken the alliance between India and Israel. I don't know how, perhaps, to give some concessions to India.

Third, accelerate it is already happening) the acquisition of more advanced hardware. It is extremely important for China not to lose Pakistan; if they want to be a major power, they need to learn to protect their allies, especially the closest ally.

I agree with @MastanKhan; moving forward, Iran and Pakistan need to start talking to each other without involving religious rhetoric.

May Allah (SWT) protect us, and give us strength and unity to fight this fitna. Ameen
Hi,

Religious militias are a disease---.

Militaries led by religious zealots are are extremely incompetent.

nations led by religious leaders are a DISASTER in the making---.

Putting our lives on stake for Iran is like asking for a suicide---.

Just look and assess this nation---they have been given a final threat of war---and yet their top generals take no caution---.

Their security is terrible---the security around large cities is terrible---makes you wonder at the ability and capabilities of those managing the positions of power---.

The bottomline over here is that---either you can be liked by the Ayotollah---or you can be on his sh-it list but exceptional at your job.

The problem is that being on his sh-it list----means one would be in the next world---.

Build your airforce, don't depend on just missiles. TBH no one sold Iran advance fighter planes because of sanctions and Iran rough state behavior.

Pakistan needs Chinese level of state surveillance and competency

Strip all the institutions down, rebuild the entire educational ecosystem and triple the budget for it. Mass reeducation needed. Mass reforms. Death penalty for corruption.

Hi,

Learning for the INCOMPETENT---weak & meek---so that they can learn from the failures of others and try to make their lives better---.

Pakistan is not weak---but for some reason there are genes of COWARDICE buried deep in their decision making capabilities of pakistani leadership & general staff officers---.

They had the enemy assets placed of a smorgasbord to take them all out---but shaky knees and shivering hands made it hard to for them to go for the MAX KILL---.

So---coming back to learning---Pak military has shown no aptitude of learning---they have shown no capacity for it---otherwise they would have learned from the 2019 coincidence where they let go about 10 enemy aircraft---.

Paf has reached that stage where they want to decide the fortune of nation where one man fights with the other and after their man wins---they claim over all victory-.

Real victory---is GORY---and Paf has not stomach for it---and same for pakistani leadership---.

1. Complete Nuclear Triade ASAP and declare its operationalization.
2. Have adequate ADS coverage which is right now a big concern considering Indian successful attacks on Pakistani air bases.
3. Add true strike platform in PAF. Israeli air force is of the same size as PAF is but it is the composition of fighters in both air forces which defines their different roles. Israeli AF is purely an offensive AF while PAF's main focus is on defence and maintaining air superiority in own skies. Israeli AF operates as many F-15s which is a strike platforms (around 160+) as many JF-17 PAF uses which is an air superiority/ MR fighter with v limited strike capabilities. THIS NEEDS TO BE CHANGE. Hopefully, J-35A's induction will be a step in that direction.
4. Alternatively, PAF can look for a solution based on CH-9 UCAV which is capable of carrying air launch BM. Recently, Turks tested air launched BM from Akinci with a range of 150 KM.
5. Hypersonic BMs and supersonic CMs missiles are a MUST. Even existing BMs needs new engine motors for increasing their speed. This is something already in progress and recent sanctions by the US on multiple Pakistani & Chinese entities was imposed for the same reason. Don't know how much it will effect our own hypersonic program like P-282. If local solutions don't work due to sanctions, try to acquire capability from China or Iran under the table.
6. Have strong internal security setup. Operation Spiderweb by Ukraine and now Israeli UAV strikes from within Iran have changed the game completely. Pakistan already fighting 2 high frequency low intensity conflicts in KPK and Baluchistan, can't afford to leave any inch of the its own soil unchecked. As a policy we need to establish a certain zone in all direction from air bases and sensitive installations in which owning, flying, operating, buying, selling of drones must be non-bailable offense. This may sound overreaction but desperate times demand desperate measures.
7. There is no 100% impregnable ADS. Factor in this and move some key installations like AFM, POF, KRL etc. in disperse locations in Baluchistan preferably underground. Right now they are located very close to LoC and each other. If India finds single corridor it can take out multiple of these installations which will be a severe blow to own forces in an event of war. We need underground facilities like Iran has built.
8. Develop EMP weapons as non-lethal strike on Indian bases to cripple electronic systems without to decapacitate them without killing too many of them so that we can keep control of escalation ladder.
9. Test ICBM. End Strategic ambiguity as it will not work against US/Israel without whom India will not initiate next round. Let the entire world know what will happen to those who want to harm Pakistan's national security. Let them know the cost of doing so. We are nuclear capable country and a test of ICBM will send clearest signal to all concerned quarter that Pakistan will not go down alone. Redefine your redlines. Diplomacy rides on national strength only. For us to make world listen, first we need to tell them what is going to happen upon ignoring us or our side of story. This is particularly important in the context of recent Indian attempt to frame Pakistan for Pahelgam incident without any proof and strongly at that point no one asked India for proof because of her perceived strength viz a viz Pakistan. After clashes everyone began listening to Pakistan. This is how mil strength drives diplomacy. We need to put more force behind our foreign policy.

10. All of this is a tall order and require lots of resources, aggressive mindset of leadership and clarity of national direction. Unfortunately, we lack almost all of these and this is our biggest weakness. Our establishment in its infinite wisdom has denied us progression and evolution as a nation state with clarity.

That’s a bit much, but if reports are true, many spies among the Afghans. Probably those that don’t think they have anything to lose working for the Israelis.

OR, they have everything to gain since they have nothing right now.

Afghan history has nothing but fasad and fasad.

At the moment there is no rule of law in Pakistan, the traitors are roaming around
freely.

Pakistani's are going to have a big shock like Iran, if they don't get rid of them.
Sold out kutti bitches long in our system bro. I bet you any money harami kaafir long infiltrated our system.........

All they need is suitcase full of USDs/ foreign passports and he gonna pimp his dad out.

100% we know this.

God forbid we get put in da Irani situ today, we'll get punk'd so bad.
