Well, granted Iran has been trying to be buddies with India, but did we leave Iran a choice in the past ? Yes maybe it was the wrong choice but Pakistan made sure more than Iran did, that Iran goes into India's camp.

We have been sabotaging Iran since the revolution, by being total vassal state of the Arabs. What was Iran supposed to do ? They are our neighbours but we were bypassing them to please everyone else, at their expense. In the meantime, their people have totally treated Pakistanis like their brothers.

Maybe after this episode is over, if we can also bring some balance to our relations between Arabs and Iran, then I am sure Iran will prefer us any day, over India. And as a disclaimer in every such post, so I do not get bashed, I'm a Sunni, so yeah, my reply is not 'biased' in any way, its just simple fact.

We have tried bombing Israeli airbases before in TP1 and TP2. It's proven to be a poor choice. The damage will be not much and it will be repaired fast. Meanwhile, they can use Cyprus and Jordan instead.

I prefer to inflict maximum damage on their economy and society. A building that collapses won't be fixed in a matter of days.

It was not Iran who did not team up with Pakistan, it was Pakistan who did not team up with Iran since the revolution.

Arabs were hostile to the post-revolution Iranian govt as soon as it started and they immediately started using Pakistan to sabotage them. Pakistan is the one who has been the bad neighbour to them and they tried to ignore Pakistan for 2 decades, having understood that Pakistan would never work with them. Its the most reverse-truth story that has been ingrained in our brains.

Iran only started meddling in Pakistan's affairs and went into Indian camp in the last 15 years, after they got completely fed up of our behaviour and knew we will never stop sabotaging them. If we are Pakistanis, it does not mean we have to go into a one-sided victim mode about 'what was done to us'. We also have to look at what we did, which is very well known and simple, in this case.

- transfer all the Indians caught to Pakistan
- end Chahbahar port treaty with Indians
- join CPEC (be selective about the projects)
- work with Pakistan to wipe out movements in Balochistan
